TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
Defined Terms
Referrer: you, a registered Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin customer and a resident of the United Kingdom.
Referred Customer: a friend or family member who has not previously shopped with Vignobles Michel Baudet and with whom the Referrer shares our Referral program. A “friend” is a person with whom you communicate frequently and have met in person before. A “family member” is a person who is your parent, sibling or child or a person with whom you are related through marriage or common-law partnership.
Referral Program: a referral program provided to you by Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin.
Referral Reward: a promotional reward discount, to be used on Vignobles Michel Baudet wine purchases only by UK customers for wine purchased made from the UK.
Referral Voucher: a promotional voucher to be mailed to you according to milestones reached. Referral vouchers to be used on Vignobles Michel Baudet wine purchases only by UK customers for wine purchased made from the UK.
About Our Referral Program
For the Referrer
How to Earn a Referrer Reward: To qualify for a Referral Reward, you must (i) refer only valid Referred Customers who put a first order through (ii) must enter all of your referral within the Program deadline 30/06/2021(iii) place an order within the Program deadline 30/06/2021.
Referral Voucher Exclusions Each Referral Voucher is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Referral Vouchers, and responsible for any shipping charges. Vouchers may not be applied to any prior purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery charges, or toward the purchase of gift cards. Referral Vouchers are not able to be returned or refunded for cash, credit, or future purchases.
Following the Rules
Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Vouchers that violates the Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin Referral Program, such as attempting to gain a Discount through self-referral by using a different email address, or distributing a Referral Program via commercial advertising or spam. Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin may delay any Discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the Discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
Referrers should only invite a friend or family member after receiving prior permission from the Referred Customer to send. Referrers must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws and marketing regulations, which may include the laws where the intended Referred Customers live. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of the Referral Program that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate exclusion from Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin 's Referral Program. Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin automatically disqualifies suspicious referrals.
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin's Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin 's sole discretion.
Privacy
By returning a Referral Program form, the Referring Customer acknowledges that some of their personal information may be sent to the Referrer who provided the Referral Program form as confirmation of the Referring Customer making a purchase and the Referrer receiving a Referrer Discount. Accordingly, Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin strongly advises that Referring Customers only use a Referral Program form that they receive from someone whom they personally know and trust. Any personal information collected, processed, and used as part of Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin’s Referral Program, including that of the Referrer and Referred Customer, will be used in accordance with Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin's Privacy Policy.
Right to Close Accounts
Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin is not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, delays or failures of operations. Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin's Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. All of Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Discount is verified.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin reserves the right to cancel the Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin Referral Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin’s sole discretion. All Referral Vouchers will expire one year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise notified by Vignobles Michel Baudet – Château Monconseil-Gazin.
