  • Blend: Sauvignon Blanc (80%), Semillon (20%)
  • Maturation: 7 months maturation in barrel with lees-stirring, blending, light fining and filtration, estate-bottled.
  • Best to drink: Drink 2 to 4 years.
  • Tasting Notes:

    Fermented and aged in oak barrels for 7 months with lees stirring for complexity and richness.

    Delicate aromas of citrus and exotic fruit with a hint of  toasty oak and acacia. Medium-full body; elegant and refreshing.  The long finish ends with a delicate touch of almond.

    Serve 10-12°C.
